• 2 night minimum stay. We always hope to accommodate a 1 night stay if we can. To request a one-night stay and get a call-back if we have an opening, please email us a day-time cell phone number.

• The rate for Sunday when reserved with a Saturday stay is $250, upstairs room, $235 downstairs room.

• Prices do not include 6% Michigan Use Tax

Notes

• Please note that our minimum stay between Memorial Day and Labor Day (“in season”) for group bookings is 4 nights, except for the month of July when the minimum stay is 7 nights.

Special Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend group package is 3 nights. If your schedules do not allow a 4 night stay “in season”, we recommend that you book your group getaway during the spring or fall when our minimum stay is 2 nights.

• Additional fees: $59 per stay accident damage waiver and 6% Michigan tax. Pet Fee (House only): $100 per dog (2 dog maximum)

• Cancellation policy: Deposit refunded with cancellation notice 90 days prior to day of arrival. To protect your deposit, we advise guests to purchase trip insurance (ref. insuremytrip.com, vacationprotection.com)

Operation, 2015-2016

In 22015-2016, Rabbit Run Inn will be open for Christmas and New Years Eve weekends.

New for 2015: Group Rental of the Inn and Main House
Beginning the summer of 2015, Rabbit Run Inn and Main House are available for group occupancy and rental. With the house and inn, Rabbit Run can accommodate up to 13. Full-sized kitchen, separate dining room which seats 12, private deck and grounds including two gazebos are available. For rates, availability and to reserve the Inn and Main House, please call 269-405-1050.

Occupancy

Rates are for room only, occupancy 1-2 per room.
The upstairs rooms, however, can accommodate up to three people upon request (four, if small children). A twin-sized bed can be provided upon request. There is no charge for the extra bed.

Pets

The rooms at Rabbit Run Inn are hypoallergenic. Out of respect to our guests, pets are not allowed at the Inn. We can provide the names of several nearby pet boarders who can accommodate your pet during your stay at the Inn.

Children

We welcome children at Rabbit Run Inn. Because we have a koi pond and two acres of lawn and woods, we ask that children be supervised at all times for their own welfare. Thank you parents – in advance – for respecting this policy.

Gift Package Availability

Rabbit Run Inn will help facilitate a gift stay for your friends. family and business associates. Please call 269-405-1050 or email your request to [email protected]. Gift packages require advance payment in full.

Cancellation

Rabbit Run Inn will credit the entire amount of the reservation deposit if cancellation is made more than 14 days before the check-in date.

When three or more rooms are booked, Rabbit Run Inn will credit the entire amount of the reservation deposit if cancellation is made more than 30 days before the check-in date.

A reminder of this cancellation policy is included with the reservation confirmation.

All cancellations are subject to a processing fee of $35.

No Show

Rabbit Run Inn reserves the right to charge the unpaid card balance due on the arrival date if the party reserving the room fails to arrive at Rabbit Run Inn on the reserved date or has not notified Rabbit Run Inn that the party will not be arriving 48 hours before the agreed upon date (“no show”).
