Host your group stay at Rabbit Run and enjoy the privacy of both the Inn and Main House, a few minutes from Warren Dunes State Park and Lake Michigan’s sandy shores. Our 2 acre grounds feature 2 gazebos, a large koi pond and 5 outdoor decks. Inn and Main House are located on a quiet private lane.
The Cottage and Main house accommodate up to 19 guests, and parking for 6-8 cars. Main house accommodations include 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms (queen beds), one with a queen-sized sofa/bed, one single (twin) bedroom, dining room (seats 10), large open kitchen and family room, two dishwashers and a Wolf stove. In addition, the Main house has seating for 4 in the breakfast room and seating for 4 in the family room which has a fireplace. The Main house dining room opens onto a large outdoor deck furnished with an umbrella/table, chairs, chaises, gas barbecue grill and fire pit.
The Cottage can sleep 8-10 people and each of the 4 suites provides the luxury and privacy of having a private bath, wet bar, fridge, coffee/espresso maker, plasma TV and private deck.
As owner-managers who have served guests for over 8 years, we are always available to answer any questions on a timely basis and to provide information and local contacts to make your family/group gathering a success. We also provide 24/7 contact information and nearby staff to facilitate your stay at Rabbit Run.
Rabbit Run Cottage and Main House (occupancy 20) are available 12 months of the year as a property rental. The Main House (occupancy 7 or three couples) is available October-May.

Notes
- Please note that our minimum stay between Memorial Day and Labor Day (“in season”) for group bookings is 3 nights, except for the month of July when the minimum stay is 7 nights.
Special Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend group package is 3 nights. If your schedules do not allow a 3 night stay “in season”, we recommend that you book your group getaway during the spring or fall when our minimum stay is 2 nights.
- Additional fees: $59 per stay accident damage waiver and 6% Michigan tax. Pet Fee (House only): $100 per dog (2 dog maximum)
- Cancellation policy: Deposit refunded with cancellation notice 90 days prior to day of arrival. To protect your deposit, we advise guests to purchase trip insurance (ref. insuremytrip.com, vacationprotection.com)

When you arrive…
Rabbit Run Inn provides a large information packet to acquaint our guests with the area. The packet includes a listing of nearby recommended restaurants, guides to state and township beaches, parks and preserves, trail maps for hiking, biking and kayaking, and an updated list of performances, entertainment and events scheduled for the days of the visit. This information is available upon request before check-in date.

We are conveniently located just 1 mile from Exit 12 (Sawyer), I-94. Rabbit Run Inn is five minutes from the village of Sawyer, and is a five minute drive from Lake Michigan and Warren Dunes State Park.“GPS us” at 6227 Elm Drive, Sawyer.
