Please note that to hold a reservation we will need a credit card and card member address. Please remember to put down your phone number.
If we do not have availability for the dates you have selected we can put your name on a waiting list and/or tell you what dates rooms are available. We will try to accommodate your travel plans.

Room Rates
- Two night minimum for weekend bookings, specifically Friday arrival, leaving Sunday. Sunday evening overnight is counted as a weekday.
- Three night minimum for holiday weekends: Memorial Day (May 26), July 4th, Labor Day (Sept. 1) and Thanksgiving (any three nights – 11/26-11/30).
- Advance reservations are required with a 50% prepayment at time of reservation.
One night stay requires full pre-payment. - We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
- Our upstairs rooms – Seagrass & Mahogany – can accommodate three people. The cost for this additional service is $35 per night.

Operation, 2008-2009
In 2008-2009, Rabbit Run Inn will be closed December 23-29. We re-open for New Years Eve weekend.
Occupancy
Rates are for room only, occupancy 1-2 per room.
The upstairs rooms, however, can accommodate three people upon request.

Cancellation
Rabbit Run will credit the entire amount of the reservation deposit with one week (7 days) notice of cancellation. A reminder of our cancellation policy is included with the reservation confirmation. We reserve the right to charge the amount of the deposit to our guest’s credit card, if we do not receive the cancellation notification within the 7 day window.
