Summer 2010 Early Reservation Reward
Book your room before May 1 on any stay between June 1 and September 2, 2010 and receive 10% off your stay. Minimum two night stay required. July 4 and Labor Day Weekends excluded. Early booking promotion cannot be used with other spring and summer promotions.

Please note that to hold a reservation we will need a credit card and card member address. Please remember to put down your phone number.
If we do not have availability for the dates you have selected we can put your name on a waiting list and/or tell you what dates rooms are available. We will try to accommodate your travel plans.

November 1 through April 30, 2010:
No minimum stay required except holiday weekends – two night minimum for Thanksgiving (any two nights – 11/26-11/30). Christmas, New Years weekends.
- Advance reservations are required with a 50% prepayment at time of reservation.
- One night stay requires full pre-payment.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.
- Our upstairs rooms – Seagrass & Mahogany – can accommodate up to three people. Extra person beyond 2 adults is $25 per night.

Operation, 2009-2010
In 2009-2010, Rabbit Run Inn will be open for Christmas and New Years Eve weekend.
Occupancy
Rates are for room only, occupancy 1-2 per room.
The upstairs rooms, however, can accommodate up to three people upon request.
For the additional service (3 people), a daily fee of $25 is added to the room rate.
Children
With respect to our guests, we have adopted the policy of restricting the age of children guests to 12 years and older.
Gift Package Availability
Rabbit Run Inn will help facilitate a gift stay for your friends. family and business associates. Please call 269-405-1050 or email your request to rabbitruninn@comcast.net. Gift packages require advance payment in full.
Cancellation
Rabbit Run will credit the entire amount of the reservation deposit with one week (7 days) notice of cancellation. A reminder of our cancellation policy is included with the reservation confirmation. We reserve the right to charge the amount of the deposit to our guest’s credit card, if we do not receive the cancellation notification within the 7 day window.
