NOVEMBER HOLIDAY ACTIVITIES…
Thinking about the holidays? We have many guests who like to visit, stay at Rabbit Run Inn and go back with their cut trees and holiday greens.
Our suggestions for holiday trimmings shopping are Sawyer Garden Center (http://www.sawyergardencenter.com), minutes from the Inn and Pinecrest Christmas Tree Farm in nearby Galien (http://www.pinecrestchristmastreefarm.com/) where you can pick and cut your own tree.
The folks at Pinecrest and Sawyer Garden Center will help secure your tree for the return trip. Also, at both destinations, you’ll find a great assortment of holiday décor, ornaments and lights.
You may simply want to browse, and perhaps find a hand-crafted present or two. Here are some suggestions for area seasonal craft shows minutes from Rabbit Run Inn:
- Fernwood Botanical Garden Holiday Market, November 2-3
- Krasl Holiday Market, Opening, Friday, November 9; Daily shopping, Sunday-Thursday, November 10-15 http:// www.krasl.org
